BK Noble LLC DBA Blair Noble provides loan origination and brokerage services for private money lending, including but not limited to fix and flip loans, new construction financing, bridge loans, DSCR rental loans, portfolio loans, and commercial real estate financing.

  • Loan approval is subject to underwriting criteria established by lenders and investors
  • Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee loan approval
  • Interest rates, terms, and fees vary based on loan program, property type, borrower qualifications, and market conditions
  • All loans are subject to property appraisal and title review

All loan applications are subject to credit approval, verification of information, and satisfactory appraisal. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BK Noble LLC DBA Blair Noble and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
